The AI-Native Leader is run by Ashwin Shetty. We collect the minimum needed to send you the newsletter, your diagnostic report, and a reply to your application or team inquiry. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
Email address
When you subscribe to the newsletter, register for the masterclass, take the diagnostic and ask for the report, or submit an application or team inquiry.
Phone number (optional)
Only if you choose to add a WhatsApp number when registering for the masterclass, so we can send the live session link.
Diagnostic answers
Your responses to the diagnostic scenarios, plus the role, years, team size, and industry you optionally share, used to build your profile.
Application and inquiry details
What you tell us on the application and team inquiry forms (name, role, company, team size, the problem you want to work on, timeline).
UTM parameters
Source, medium, and campaign tags from the link you arrived from, so we know which outreach is working.
Where it goes
Kit (ConvertKit)
Our email platform and customer system of record. Your email, optional phone, and the details above are stored there so we can send the report, the newsletter, and reply to your application or inquiry.
Vercel
Our hosting and analytics provider. Vercel stores server logs and aggregate web analytics (Vercel Analytics) for the site.
Your device
Your diagnostic answers are scored in your browser and stored locally until you choose to email yourself the report. They never leave your device unless you do.
Our first-party analytics (the /api/track endpoint and Vercel Analytics) record anonymous events only. They never log your email, phone, or free-text answers.
